CCA MS Bay Chapter wanted to get the youth in the community involved in the conservation field. A scholarship program was started. This scholarship program is solely off of donations of our sponsors, members, and community. The ability to assist one our youth to further their future in conservation was a goal the CCA Bay Chapter and community sought out to make happen. In 2012, the first scholarship was given out to Blake Stefano. Over the years, there’s been scholarships given out each year to graduates that are involved in Conservation for our present and future. We look forward to our recipients to continue with what CCA stands for. Our youth is our future.

Other CCA Scholarship Recipients
My name is Blake Stefano. I was born and raised in Bay St. Louis, MS. I graduated high school from Our Lady Academy in 2012. From there I played soccer at William Carey for one year, and continued my academic career at Mississippi State University where I graduated in December 2016 with a bachelors in Wildlife, Fisheries, and Aquaculture. I was the first to receive the CCA scholarship in 2012 as well as 2013 and 2014. I am very grateful to have been the recipient of this scholarship offered by such a great organization for three consecutive years. I have always wanted to work outdoors and be employed by Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks. Being the recipient of this scholarship made that dream possible for me. I am now employed with MDWFP as a Wildlife Biologist in the Southeast region. I can not thank CCA enough for believing in me and giving me the opportunity of a lifetime. I will forever be grateful
